I am using Spoko Polish’s individual tutoring service and am thoroughly satisfied. My tutor Karolina is very attentive and perceptive of my personalized needs & speed of learning. That’s not to say that we are moving too slowly but that there is always consideration to when and how much to revise. The approach is modern, fun, with many practical exercises of different kinds, a lot of emphasis given on spoken Polish, too. Karolina has a profound and deep understanding of Polish language and can give context to grammar and spelling rules from many different angles – historical, cultural, linguistic, etc.

We learn Polish step by step, in small pieces, so that a stable base of knowledge slowly grows. After nearly one year of online lessons, I am still having fun and motivated to learn polish in the online classes. Also, in my class, I feel part of an international community of Polish learners. I began classes with Spoko Polish in October 2020. I came into the course with next-to-no knowledge of Polish, and I was nervous about the prospect of starting to learn an entirely new language. I opted for the online course, and it ended up working out really well. I have a wonderful teacher who is incredibly patient and always willing to answer our questions. The classes seemed long at first glance, but often the time flies by. I am looking forward to my second semester with Spoko Polish!

I completed a package of individual lessons and am now almost at the completion of a semester with Spoko Polish. I can absolutely recommend classes with them. Not only are the teachers extremely encouraging, they are creative and innovative in their methods. Example: Quizlet to learn vocabulary words, and a children’s story book to experience the flair of everyday spoken polish language. Remembering some grammar rules cannot be avoided, but they certainly teach it in a way that is easier to remember and understand. Anyone struggling to learn the language, should try the spoko polish way!

SPOKO POLISH compared to a basic university polish course (which I tried for 1 year) is like a self made meal with fresh vegetables from the market compared to a boring tasting soup in some old pub. Instead of being overwhelmed by grammar tables and vocabulary lists, in SPOKO POLISH we learn Polish step by step, in small pieces, that grow slowly to a stable base of knowledge, always in connection to the spoken language. After nearly one year of COVID-19, which made many of us participate in a lot of video conferences, I am still having fun and motivation to learn polish in the online class of SPOKO POLISH, which connects international polish learners. I can totally recommend it! 🙂

I’ve been taking 1-1 classes with Spoko Polish since July 2021 and I’ve been very happy with my experience. I’ve mainly been learning with either Anna or Kasia since I started. The teachers have an excellent knowledge of the Polish language and can clearly explain any concepts I am struggling with. The classes are fun, very informative and the speed is always adjusted to suit me. All of the staff that I have had interactions with here are very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Spoko Polish to anyone that wishes to take Polish classes!
